What We Do
Asset Trend Report is an independent data-driven platform that tracks Wall Street analyst consensus target prices and recommendations for S&P 500 large-cap stocks. We aggregate analyst target prices, buy/sell recommendation trends, and insider trading activity across 11 major sectors and 110 stocks — updated daily so you always have the freshest market signal.
Data Sources
All financial data (current prices, analyst target prices, recommendation counts, P/E ratios, dividend yields, insider transactions, and upcoming earnings dates) is sourced from Yahoo Finance, a publicly available financial data provider. We do not manufacture or alter any data — we present it as-is for informational purposes.
How It Works
Our automated system runs a daily GitHub Actions workflow that fetches the latest data from Yahoo Finance and stores it as a static JSON file. This means every page load reads from a pre-built, cached dataset — giving you near-instant load times with zero database costs. Data is typically refreshed once per day during market hours.

Asset Trend Report is an independent service with no affiliation to any brokerage, investment bank, or financial institution. We do not receive compensation for recommending or featuring any specific stocks. All rankings and metrics shown on this site are calculated purely from publicly available analyst data.
